12880 Rancho Penasquitos Boulevard was acquired by Boardwalk Development, Inc. approximately one year ago. Boardwalk Development worked with the existing tenants to allow one to retire and the other to reduce the size of their premises. This allowed for Boardwalk to sign a lease with its new tenant, Ethos Veterinary Care. The center underwent a major update for ADA compliance, had a new color scheme painted on, and had new landscaping applied. After a year of work and repositioning, the center has transformed to a clean professional aesthetic.
