San Diego, CA — December 15, 2025 — Boardwalk Development announced today that MyPoint Plaza, its ±15,000 square foot retail development located at 3777 Sports Arena Blvd in San Diego’s Midway District, is 100% fully leased prior to the start of construction.

The project is anchored by MyPoint Credit Union and includes two national credit tenants, Pacific Dental Services (PDS) and Mission Pet Health (SVP). The fully committed tenant lineup reflects Boardwalk Development’s focus on high-quality, service-oriented retail uses with long-term stability.

Achieving full occupancy at this stage represents a key milestone in the project’s development timeline and reinforces demand for well-located retail in the Midway District. Construction is expected to commence following final approvals, with delivery anticipated in 2026.
