Boardwalk Development has transformed 6101-6109 Mission Gorge Road from a used car dealership to high end retail shopping center.

 

The Commons completed construction in late December 2022. The center consists of five spaces totaling approximately 7,830 square feet. Two of the spaces have been leased to the national group Pacific Dental Services. One space has been leased by Bober Tea & Coffee. The remaining two spaces are still available.

 

This center is an exciting addition to a neighborhood that is growing rapidly. It is expected to be a great amenity to the thousands of local residents who live in walking distance to the site.
