It is official! Peet's Coffee & Tea will be taking over an approximately 1,391 s.f. space at the Rancho Bernardo Town Center, which is currently occupied by Starbuck's. The space also has a patio, which is expected to undergo a refreshing remodel. Peet's is scheduled to accept occupany of the space in October of this year and be open by early 2015. A new lease has been completed at Hillcrest Center keeping the shopping center at 100% occupancy.
