Approximately 1,200 s.f. of ground floor space at La Paz Village, formerly occupied by Kappo Hana Japanese Restaurant, has been leased to Sushi Ramen House. The owners of Sushi Ramen House are bringing a ton of experience in the restaurant industry to Laguna Hills and most recently built and sold a Sushi Restaurant in Utah. This lease marks the last remaining ground floor space at La Paz Village and leaves only 1,000 s.f. of second floor space still available at the center. Look for Sushi Ramen House's grand opening within the next 6 months!
Based in Australia, F45 is aggressively expanding into Southern California and Laguna Hills is now on their map. Laguna Hills is on pace to be the second of the franchise's Orange County locations with Aliso Viejo and East Lake Forest following closely behind. Their first Orange County location is located at 30451 Avenida De Las Flores, Suite B, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688. F45 will be occupying Suite M at La Paz Village and hopes to be open to the public in 3-4 months.
A long time yoga instructor in the Orange County area will be ramping up her studio again after taking a 4.5 year break to start her family. Orange County Yoga Studio will consist of two studios and will be occupying Suites 3 & 4 at the upstairs of La Paz Village, located at 25260 La Paz Rd., Suite 3, Laguna Hills, CA 92653. They are expected to open in about 2-4 months.

A local Broken Yolk Franchisee has decided to venture into the Poke restaurant craze that is sweeping across San Diego County. "Poke It" will be taking over the space located at 690 University Ave., formerly occupied by The Wine Encounter and according to the decals on the front door of their new space, they will be opening their doors "very, very soon".
Serenity Nails & Spa has leased the last remaining space at Boardwalk's brand new retail development at the Southwest corner of Mission Gorge Rd. and Carlton Hills Blvd. The retail building which was completed in September of 2016 will house a total of two tenants. Serenity Nails & Spa and Stanton Optical, a national optometrist. Serenity Nails & Spa has built and operated 3 other succesful locations in La Mesa, Rancho Bernardo and Carmel Valley. Serenity Nails & Spa hopes to be pampering Santee by June of this year.
2GOOD2B has inked a lease for the approximately 2,000 s.f. former Pizza Hut space at Rancho Bernardo Town Center, which is currently undergoing a significant remodel. The remodel, which is scheduled to be complete by the end of February 2017, features a highly revamped outdoor dining area equipped with a communal firepit. 2GOOD2B is the first new tenant that will be a part of this exciting new area of the shopping center.

Sport Clips is a nationally based haircutting establishment that primarily caters to Men. Guys in the area should be ready to catch a game and enjoy their MVP experience by early 2017.
Vida Bella Salon has taken over the approximately 1,300 s.f. space formerly occupied by The Haircutters at 6195 Lake Murray Blvd. in La Mesa. Vida Bella is planning a complete remodel of the space and hope to be servicing La Mesa with fashionable cuts and colors in a matter of weeks.
Boardwalk is proud to announce that they have signed their first lease at Rancho Bernardo Town Center since renovation commencement of the roughly 120,000 s.f. shopping center. Verizon Wireless has signed a lease for the approximately 650 S.F. space adjacent to Peet's Coffee and plans to open within the next three months. The Center continues to undergo its major facelift, which is expected to be completed by the 1st quarter of 2017.
