A new lease has been completed at the La Paz Village Shopping Center in Laguna Hills, bringing the shopping center to 83% occupancy only three months after renovation completion. La Paz Optometric Center has leased 3,480 square feet of retail space for fifteen years in the 22,780-square-foot La Paz Village Shopping Center at 25260 La Paz Road, Suites E, F and G, Laguna Hills, CA 92653, from Southco Properties, L.P. La Paz Optometric Center is expected to open in June of this year.
