The lessor in the Rancho Bernardo transaction was represented by Ben Longwell, of Boardwalk Development Inc. The lessor in the Mission Valley transaction was represented by Kay Campbell, of Morris & Campbell.
The deals were leases by The Kebab Shop.
In Rancho Bernardo, the restaurant leased 2,100 square feet of retail space at 11980 Bernardo Plaza Drive, San Diego 92128, from Weikel Rancho Bernardo LP. The lease was for 10 years at $1,040,002.
The Kebab Shop also leased 1,500 square feet of Mission Valley retail space in Park Valley Center, 1570 Camino de la Reina, San Diego 92108, from PITV LP. The lease was for 10 years at $722,224.
